When you send in your loved one, you both will receive a $5 credit.
Referrals: Get $5 off for each friend you refer.
Reviews: Leave a review and receive $5 off your next service.
Referral credits can be used towards products and services.
A card on file is required to book an appointment. We ask for a 48 hour notice for cancellations.
Within 48 Hours: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total including deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total with deposit applied.
Before 48 Hours: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in your deposit being converted into credit. This credit can be applied towards rescheduling your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable.

If you decide not to proceed with your appointment and wish to cancel, your deposit will be converted into credit, which can be used for future bookings.
If you reschedule your appointment more than 3 times, your deposit will be forfeited.
After forfeiting the deposit, you will need to book a new appointment and confirm your availability before scheduling.
Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited and a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and charged 100% of the service total.
Frequent rescheduling creates significant gaps in our schedule, affecting overall booking efficiency.
Instead of rescheduling multiple times, please contact us directly. We can cancel your appointment, retain your deposit as credit, and help you rebook once you are fully certain of your availability.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and 100% of the service total will be charged.
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
It is crucial to keep us updated if you are running late. This allows us to potentially adjust our schedule to accommodate
you.
When you schedule your consultation, you must make a $50 deposit. This will go towards your appointment. If we are unable to preform Nano, Deposit for consultation will be refunded. When you schedule your brow appointment you'll pay a non refundable deposit to hold that appointment.
Cancellation fees will apply
If you have an old tattoo (even if faded), please book a consultation first.
Appointments booked without a prior consultation will be cancelled
Any appointments made under 'touchup' and you are not a client of mine will result in your appointment being cancelled.
It is essential that you carefully review the appointment description when booking and ensure that no contraindications apply to you before scheduling
If you ignore this information and contraindications are discovered on the day of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you have any concerns about contraindications or allergies, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss them.
To ensure everyone's safety, wellbeing, and peace... Please do not bring your children and pets to your appointment. There are convenient appointment times available. Only service animals are allowed.
To maintain a relaxing environment, guests and children are not allowed in the treatment room. Please arrive alone to ensure the best experience for yourself.
Card on file is required to reserve an appointment.
Before your appointment you will fill out intake forms.
If a service is contraindication for you, we may have to switch services or cancel the appointment.
Cancellation fees will apply.
If you decide to change your service the day of, you will pay for what you booked for unless upgrading.
We do not accept refunds.
